Experts describe correct pelvic floor squeeze as being like holding in urine or clenching your anus. You will know when you are squeezing right when you feel a consistent vibration on Vibrance Pelvic Trainer. Ensure that you do not squeeze abdominal, buttocks or thigh muscles and breathe normally, do not hold your breath. The squeeze should feel like lifting up and sucking in, not pushing out.
If you encounter no vibration or intermittent vibrations at the start, do know that this is very normal because it takes most people anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks of daily practice to reliably trigger the correct muscle. Sometimes, our muscles need some time to build up enough strength to trigger the vibration consistently.
